We recently worked with Daniel to get both our first and second floors sanded and refinished, and he did an amazing job - we couldn't say enough good things. Every day after the job, he'd text me an update on the floors, what the plan was, and gave us a multitude of options (in terms of floor coloring, base molding, and everything in between. He was extremely honest in his assessment, the products he used (Bona) were top notch, and the result of his work was immaculate. I wish I'd taken a better before picture, but the before and after pictured below explain our situation. Our floors had a ton of gaps, were discolored, and creaky. In one case, we had removed carpet/tile, and found hardwood underneath, and Daniel worked his magic to restore the floor. He and his team came and fixed every creaky area in the house, fixed the gaps, and went above and beyond in every way possible. We're extremely happy with the result, and will be reaching out to him for any future work we have. I couldn't recommend him enough!
