System Pavers

Superb experience with System Pavers. The job was done timely, the crew was professional and courteous, the quality of the work is craftsman level, and our backyard was totally transformed in less than three weeks. The construction site was kept clean and orderly even given the many pallets and rolls of material required to be housed onsite. The BEST part of the experience, however, was the excellence of our project manager, FRANK VALDOVINOS. He’s a rock star. Incredibly professional and patient, super responsive, creative with his design suggestions and a generally nice guy. Knew his stuff and his positive attitude never changed. I don’t write reviews generally but Frank needs to be recognized. Ask for him by name.

We had a great experience form the beginning. Taylor, the sales associate, gave us a quote shortly after we discussed our needs. We set up a time to meet with Tyler, the project manager. He explained how the project would be designed and was their every step of the way, answering all of our questions. Angel and his crew did a great job with the design they were given, and kept the site clean and orderly. Our project took only two days from start to finish and we are very please with the results.

The System Pavers personnel that removed the old concrete and installed the pavers were punctual, thorough, very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and courteous. We made several changes along the way during the pavers installation process and the System Pavers personnel was very patient, kind, and accommodating. The building process was efficient, respectful, and productive. The final result of the project was better than the original plans.

System Pavers did amazing work in our backyard. They are professional and experts in their trade.. from the design/concept stage and throughout the execution of the project. Joel, our Project Manager was exceptional in the way he communicated and managed every aspect of the project. He was very knowledgeable and an expert in his field. He is collaborative and listened well as we shared our vision along the way. We felt completely at ease knowing he is taking care of every detail with care and precision! If you lead busy lives and need to leave it to true professionals.. go with System Pavers!!
