We drove to this store as the one in Watertown was not friendly and not kidding felt like we were inconveniencing the lady eating her Lunch. So a family Friend sent us here, We’re glad we went. The kind gentleman helped us get the connectivity issues we were experiencing taken care of. I tried to get his name but he said he represented everybody. Caleb and Korinne were great at assisting my husband and I. It is very evident that they know their stuff when it comes to iPhones, Verizon, and all the intricacies to follow….they were very patient in teaching Abbey and helping her to learn the process of how. Answering her questions and explaining things as we went through the process, allowing her to do it without taking over…which is also admirable!- Shout out and many thanks to Korinne for coming to assist me personally at my request, for Caleb and his staff for being so open and working together as a team, an to all them for going above and beyond to assist my husband and I to meet our specific requests and needs. This location is the worst! my wife runs a full time business and they suspended my wifes number for 6 days, we confronted them multiple times about it. this verizon store refused to help so i called a different verizon service and they unsuspended the number with zero trouble. do better! i aint even a techy guy and i had the problem solved quicker than these lazy kids could 🥲
