This is a great store with incredible customer service. I had a really solid experience with them. They repaired screens really quickly and well, and when mine had an issue, despite the fact I lived out of town, they made good on their promise and were able to fix the screen completely. Their prices are extremely competitive and they are very patient, knowledgable, helpful and give great advice. In particular Dylan was super helpful. 10 stars.
AJ was outstanding! He helped me fix my phone when it wasn’t working at the Wireless Hope phone store. He was patient, professional, and really knew what he was doing. Thanks to AJ, my phone is working perfectly again. Excellent service—I highly recommend him!
My wife dropped her phone, and it wouldn’t turn on. I thought I needed to buy her a whole new phone but the guys at wirelsss hope fix the issue for a small cost. You guys are the best. Highly recommend this place for all your cellphone needs and issues.
Beautiful store friendly staff. I've been going here for years. Wireless hope is family. They are always happy to help. They have tons of cellphone accessories and plenty of other electronics like Bluetooth speaker, TVs, electric bike etc. If you need help with your cell phone or need a fix, these guys will do it at a reasonable price. Elvin is a great man ! Thank you Kabir as well for always helping .
Thank you do much Kabir for helping me with my phone. The staff at wireless hope is very knowledgeable when it comes to phone issues. My internet was not working, and I was not able to receive calls. Kabir was very helpful and was able to get on the phone with customer service to begin troubleshooting. Highly recommend wireless hope for all your cell phone needs and help.
