I went in on Wednesday afternoon with a very strange problem no one could figure out. Well adam had it fixed and better than ever. Rewired my rats nest of a pc. Ran it through some good stress testing and only charged me 25$!! I couldn’t be more happy with my build. Before and after pics below!! I will definitely be bringing any high end machines to adam ! Even gave me back an extra cord i wouldnt need. Absolutely stand up gentleman

Dropped PC Off for just a diagnosis, i was told it would be a week before i get it back, which i understood and was perfectly fine with that wait time. Upon dropoff, i mentioned that said PC was having power issues, and was more than likely the power supply. 2 weeks went by, with no contact, updates, or anything, so i called. I was told “we are still running tests, we should be able to contact you in a few days with the repair estimate.” I was still fine with this wait time. Another full week went by, no contact or updates about it. I called back yet again and was told the same exact line “we are still running tests, and will contact you soon with a repair estimate.” Another full week went by with no updates or contact about anything. Both phone calls i was being respectful, just wanted to know what was going on. I waited ANOTHER full week, on friday, while i was at work, around 4PM Ii sent my girlfriend there to pick it up for me, and it was STILL apart. No diagnosis yet. We went back the same night right before close to pick it up, and THEN he was ready with an estimate of course. 0/10 communication and service here. Do not recommend using their services.
