From beginning to end we had a great experience with Window Nation. Calling to schedule was a simple and easy process. The sales rep was so kind and informative through the whole processes of us picking windows and getting financed. The install crew was lovely. I keep talking to everyone about my windows! I can’t suggest WindowNation more!
We recently purchased new windows through Window Nation, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. Mike Parnell has been incredible to work with. He is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely focused on helping us make the right decisions for our home. He took the time to explain all the options clearly, never pressured us, and made sure we understood every detail before moving forward. His communication has been excellent throughout the process, and it’s clear he truly cares about his customers and their situations/family. The install crew that came were very professional, considerate, and did a really great job. The windows look amazing. They cleaned up really well and was a really nice group of guys. If you’re considering new windows, I highly recommend working with Mike at Window Nation and requesting Dimitri Williams and his crew as your install team.
The four young men where wonderful! Nice, considerate. When they finished installing 20 windows you would have never known they were there. They cleaned everything up. Great job couldn’t be happier with the service.
