My very new pixel 9a was having what looked like a battery problem (or possibly even a motherboard going bad). The guys here tried to do a diagnostic and couldn't even get into the OS. Their best guess was that it was a firmware problem - possibly related to an update that hadn't loaded properly. Since they couldn't do a true diagnosis, they told me to follow up with the store where I bought the phone and didn't charge me anything. By the time I got home, the phone was working again, and sure enough, there was a "stuck" update. I called to let them know they'd been correct, and told them to charge me for their time, which they still declined to do. So with the combination of really knowing their stuff, and being so customer friendly, I'll be using them for all my needs, and I recommend them highly!
