I had a very pleasant experience with Johnson Chimney. My tech, Yossi, was so nice and friendly. He explained everything that was needed, optional, and unnecessary. After purchasing our house this past winter, we wanted to get our chimney inspected to see if it was usable. Joe came out to do a quick chimney inspection and was incredibly polite and thorough. He was able to quickly and plainly tell me everything that needed to be fixed about my chimney and some of the ramifications if they weren’t fixed. I felt like his prices were very fair, he was very well educated and knowledgeable about the issues at hand, and we received an estimate right away for the repairs. Overall, Joe made the process seamless and was very helpful when it comes to understanding the repairs that need to be done to our home.
