Gator Leak & Drain LLC

Gator Leak and Drain is wonderful! We had a slab leak that we discovered after two pipes burst in the cold-Charles and his team were honest, prompt, hard-working and so good at what they do! All the workers were so sweet and nice to my two boys who were super interested in what was going on. They made the entire process much easier and less worrisome-they were all friendly and cleaned up everything -they even lent us their tool so we could turn the water on and off as needed while we were figuring out what was going on! We will definitely use Gator leak in the future -they are dependable, knowledgeable people you can trust! We are so happy we found them and will recommend them to everyone going forward!

I met Charles coming out of Home Depot today with my neighbor who was helping me with an issue going on with my outside pipe, we asked could we ask him about the issue and although he was busy he politely answered and was so generous. When I got back home my neighbor, did as Charles advised but we still had an issue. I called Charles and he was able to send his employer out and shortly after, he himself came out and resolved the issue. I was grateful to have met him and his team today! Truly good people. Thank you so much for coming out at such an unexpected time to help me!

I had a minor DIY project in my bathtub go wrong and snapped some fixtures behind the wall. I called Gator Leak and Drain, and Sam and Andrew were at my house in less than 30 minutes. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to show me exactly what they were doing. The repair was done quickly and with great quality — I’m very confident in the fix.
