Good in-store experience with a decent amount of supplies. Tried to place a large order for a construction company and spoke with Jason and John, both of whom were unhelpful and unclear in instructions on how to move forward. Jason told me to send my employee in to get materials, and once he arrived, we were informed by John that he would not be able to move forward with his purchase until the manager returned in an hour and a half. Pretty disappointed with the processes and helpfulness of the staff, and I felt it appropriate to share with the management team.
