Minute Lube

I called to get information about an oil change. The price is reasonable. And they are busy. So you may have to drop your car off and pick it up later, or wait until they get it fixed. Their mechanics are honest. I took my car there to see about changing the radiator fluid. He told me that I didn’t need a radiator flush. Like one of their competitors was trying to get me get. My vehicle was a year old at the time. The mechanic from minute lube said that was not necessary.

I arrived 45 minutes before they opened. A handful of other people pulled in as well. I was the first to go up to the cash register and check in. The girl at the counter told me I needed to give my license plate number so I had to go out to the truck and get it. Meanwhile she checked in two or more people. I came back and gave her the license plate number and she said she couldn't find it in the computer so I would have to get my VIN number. I go out to my truck to get the VIN number and she checks in another couple people. Well I fully expected that I would still be first in line but no. I don't think they brought my truck in until like 8:30 or something, serving at least four vehicles ahead of me and they were only doing one at a time. Everything else about my experience was just fine. She just kind of ruined it with poor customer service, as far as I'm concerned. I won't be back though. I'll just go to jiffy Lube next time. Drove by and they had three bays open.
