Always quick to help me, and always doing it with a smile on their face. It's very seldom that I go in there looking for something, and they don't have it. If they don't have it they are very helpful in finding it for me either at another Ace Hardware or getting it shipped to me. Great customer service!

Marcy is our go to! She is very knowledgeable, kind, and humorous. There are several times she has come up with better ideas on how to fix something at the house. The other staff we have dealt with are very friendly and helpful also.

I always look forward to going to ACE HARDWARE, after all it’s the place with the ‘friendly hardware folk’, which I usually always remind them when I come in. The store is always clean, the isles are well marked, and the staff seems to be quite knowledgeable and helpful.
