I am so glad a friend recommended Williams Stoker. When our boiler crapped out on us we had to figure out how to get it replaced quickly. Replacing a boiler is not cheap and as we learned, not all companies offer the same value. However, the crew from WS was genuinely friendly during every interaction, from scheduling a free consult to installation and even maintenance. I never felt pressured to buy out of fear or through time-based sales tactics. Instead, they helped me to understand my needs and options to get it replaced quickly and get the greatest value. I want to shout out to Collin, who was recently over for some scheduled maintenance. He is excellent at what he does and took the time to help me understand my boiler better, so that I can maintain and extend the life of this significant investment. Our entire heating system works better than ever. I'm glad we chose WS. We have peace of mind knowing their team is there for us when we need them and that they will do a great job. Attached are photos of my older boiler and a few of the new system. UPDATE 11/13/25: I forgot to mention how helpful and informative Andrew is. He initially came out to provide us with a free estimate and help us understand the issue with our boiler. He has since followed up multiple times to ensure everything is operating correctly. The new boiler was installed over the summer, so obviously, we weren't going to run it until the weather changed. As part of our purchase plan, they came to test the functionality and ensure everything is working as expected. Andrew worked with my schedule to come out on short notice, test to ensure everything was functioning as expected, and run us through how to maintain and operate the boiler, so we have a worry-free and warm winter season. Once again, we are glad we chose Williams Stoker & Heating Co., and thank you, Andrew, for the great customer service.
