The work was done very professionally. The workers were efficient, communicated clearly of the work that needed to be done. They clean up and we're done with installing the new furnace by 3:00. Very nice job!! I highly recommend this company.
We came home from a mid-winter vacation to discover that our furnace had stopped working while we were away. We called four places, including the company who originally installed our furnace, but only Guardian had a tech available same-day. Our repair person (Mundo?) was professional and knowledgeable, and had the part we needed on his truck. We were so happy with the service we received, we are switching to Guardian for our routine maintenance from now on.
Was able to come out within two hours on same-day request, and one of the coldest days of the year. Mundo V. was straightforward, trustworthy, and went out of his way to ensure that our heating system was functioning, and made recommendations towards efficiency and preventative maintenance. Worked diligently without rushing. Offers annual membership with perks. Did not insist nor ask for a Google Review.
