Amazing Individual! He is incredibly transparent and took the time to walk me through every issue my phone had. He was very diligent and thorough throughout the entire process, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work. He emphasized that he uses high-quality, well-sourced parts and focuses on repairs that will actually last for the customer! Also took the time to explain the anatomy of the device in a very digestible way so I left feeling much more informed!

I dropped my iPhone XS Max in water recently and it ended up dying. I needed to get data off the device (such my videos of my childs first steps) so I was very hopeful that it was repairable. It was an absolute pleasure working with Grant. He was extremely responsive, thorough and has excellent customer service and attention to detail. He was able to give a very fast turn around on the repair at a reasonable price. For certain items that he was not able to fix such as FaceID (damn you Apple!), he gave me a detailed walkthrough of potential solutions. All round very helpful and I'd gladly do business with him again!

Grant was an absolute professional! Quick turnaround, super convenient and responsive, for a competitive price. I needed to get my iPad screen repair and unfortunately after the first attempt, the newly installed screen had a defect, but Grant stood by his work and was able to get a new replacement from a different supplier in a few days and had my iPad running soothe again in no time.
