Ben is a really nice guy. He give me an estimate on the cost to fix my sewing machine, depending on what was wrong with it. The final charge came in within that estimate. It took longer than I would’ve liked, but he told me beforehand that it would take that long. He also told me he had just lost his best guy so he was having to do all the work himself. I would highly recommend Western Sew & Vac.
We have on several occasions used Western Sew/Vaccum for our Vaccum cleaner with excellent results. Nice to have a local repair business in WVC. I would recommend this business.

Ben is wonderful to work with! He is extremely kind, and professional. His bid was reasonably priced and easy to read. He and his employee, Ashton were very friendly and considerate while they were installing our vacuum. I felt safe and comfortable with them in my home. They wore shoes covers, and cleaned any mess that was made during installation. Ben even made an additional trip back to place a cover on the vacuum hose and hang a hook in the closet for the hose to rest on. I would highly recommend Western Sewing & Vacuum.
