My heat went out during this huge cold front on 01.30.26. I called after hours for westberry and set up a call for the after hours tech. The tech (Will) called me and we discussed cost vs correction/repair and I checked things for him over the phone and we agreed nothing could be done without parts. He set up an appointment for Monday morning. 8 a.m. after the office called and the young lady made sure I still needed Will to come out. I did, he showed up was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He helped check several things and discovered the person who renovated didnt install emergency heat strips in my system. Would highly recommend Westberry again!
