First time experience with Gordon’s was very pleasant! Joshua was so nice and very professional. He explained everything thoroughly. He gave different options for our problem. He didn’t try to force expensive repairs on us. I would recommend Gordon’s if needed in the future I will be a repeating customer for sure.

Mike came to my home to give me a second opinion with regard to my HVAC system. He was very patient and informative with regard to the unit, its current condition and whether the system was in need of repair or replacement, and options. He answered every question i had. No pressure on me to make an immediate decision. I would suggest always getting a second opinion, and Mike put my mind at ease. Great experience!
