I had an excellent experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing, especially the technician, Adam Smith. He was prompt, professional, and got straight to work. The job required running nearly 100 feet into a drain line under the house to remove a clog. He handled it efficiently and didn’t mind explaining what he was doing. Adam also took the time to explain what may have caused the issue and pointed out some faulty plumbing under my sink that might need attention. That was much more than I expected and truly appreciated. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very personable. Outstanding service from start to finish. The office staff were also good; they called regularly to give me updates on when someone would be by the house to remove the clog.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was extremely happy with the service they provided. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m., and they arrived at 7:55. They were very upfront about the total cost and clearly explained the scope of work. The installation was quick, efficient, and done with care. Mark, the owner, even stopped by to check in, which I really appreciated. This was my second time using this company, and I’ll definitely continue to do so in the future as they have earned by trust.
