West Side Drain and Septic provided outstanding service on a branch line drain clean. They were prompt, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. The issue was diagnosed quickly and resolved thoroughly, with everything left clean and running perfectly. Highly recommend them for reliable, high-quality drain service. We've used them before many times and they have never failed to fix any drain situation we threw at them. On this particular visit, they discovered and resolved a chronic problem that other companies did not locate before. We will continue to call them in the future.

Had to replace my pump/floats and clean my tank...I'll save you the graphic photos/description haha..Worked out well calling west side. Have not had an issue since 2021.
