I don’t usually write reviews like this, but my experience with this repair shop was incredibly upsetting, especially during an already difficult time in my life. After everything that happened with my Jeep, I trusted this shop to fix it correctly — but when I picked it up, it felt like nothing had been done. What truly broke me was realizing just how unsafe their work was. The windshield was installed so poorly that wind rushed into the car while driving. Even worse, the radio hadn’t been secured at all and nearly fell onto my daughter’s car seat. I caught it just in time. As a mother, that moment terrified me. No one should ever have to worry about their child being put in danger because of careless repairs. This experience was emotionally exhausting and left me feeling completely let down. I genuinely hope this shop takes responsibility and improves the quality and safety of their work so no other family has to go through what I did.

We had to have some body work done and brought it in for an estimate. Every single person we encountered was smiling, friendly, and helpful. We were able to drop the car off a few days later, and once again the customer service was wonderful. The car was ready exactly when they said it would be. The work was great and they had almost mini detailed the interior of my car for me. They left it in much better shape than when I dropped it off. They do excellent work and are all so pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them!
