I’ve bought quite a bit from this business I’m writing this one star review because I’ve call several times and left messages for your employee Andy M to try and purchase more stuff. No return call in months. Terrible customer service I will find another company that can be more professional with their business practices. Thank you for nothing Andy
What a great place to deliver, the only reason I don't give a five star is because at 0430 am the truck drivers come in and start their trucks to wake you up, otherwise the receiver Dave and his guys were great to unload my trailer. Professional and personal at the same time. Yes it's a little tight but alright to unload. Thanks guys, your a class act and truck drivers appreciate your conduct.
Tina was so very helpful to us when we were looking for a kitchen sink. She took plenty of time and showed tremendous patience as well as great knowledge of the product. We have previously had a terrible experience with another local plumbing supply house but Tina had gained both our trust and patronage for all future plumbing supply needs.
Small place to pull into. Workers start showing up at 430 am. Place doesn't open til 630am. When you pull in it's thru the parking lot over the speed bumps and then turn right into the alley. Hug the curb next to the building with all the windows (can park/sleep here) bc yer goin to back into the docks thru the gate. Tight tight in here, go slow. When you exit it is back thru the parking lot. Do not use the alley. Super nice people. Goodluck. (Where im parked at in these photos is not the correct alley you will use to back in from. Should be the last photo for the correct alley.)
Maria was fantastic! Sink and faucet for our kitchen renovation are not only stylish but functional. We can even fit the baby bath right in the sink. Will use Torrco again for future projects.
