Chappy is an amazing technician, he replaced 2 AC units on the top of our building in a very timely manner and explained exactly what they were going to do. I had a follow up routine follow up appointment 6 months later and he clearly explained what was going to be done with the units and how he maintained them. Great experience all around.
Chappy and the crew have been amazing! They cleaned our entire ventilation system and installed a purifying circulation system - we genuinely noticed a difference right away. When our heat went out, Scott responded same day, ordered the part we needed, and came back to install it the day it arrived. Super friendly, punctual, and thorough - he even did preventative checks we wouldn’t have thought to ask for. After 6 years in California, we’re officially not Indiana-tough anymore when it comes to cold! These guys saved us. Highly recommend!
We needed the gas valve at the kitchen wall for our stove changed. It was 20 years old and not compatible with the new stove we just received. So thankful they made time last minute to help us out. We got crazy quotes of 500$ Always Affordable was like we'll come look at today. The guys were super nice and told us it was an easy swap out. Under 200$ They even had the part with them. We really appreciated the help and honesty. We will definitely use them again in the future!
Pat and Jorge came out to repair a leak that we have previously identified with Caleb in a other visit (who was also extremely helpful and great to work wit). Pat and Jorge had the job finished in a matter of minutes. They were able to make disruption to my day very minimal and also explain to me what was going on. Everyone I worked with was extremely professional but also personable and understanding of the fact that I ask a lot of questions when getting stuff like then done. Highly recommend using these guys for any future plumbing issues you may encounter.
My wife Jennifer won a free toilet with install through Always Affordable Plumbing. What a great experience from the start with Nathan Brandon and the Gals in the office to work with us on scheduling the call. To the technicians Michael O'Keefe & Chappy Carver coming into our home with pure professionalism and knowledge of what they were doing. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Very satisfied.
