I can't say enough good things about our experience at Wall to Wall. We remodeled our new home and were running up on our deadline to be out of our rental, and needed quick installation for a reasonable price-- we installed the rest of our new hardwood and tile flooring, and just didn't have the time or energy to install our own carpet on our two sets of stairs at that point. We planned on purchasing carpet and installation elsewhere on a free installation promotion, but the carpet order was 2 weeks out, and install another week after that, and we were moving into our house in a week by that point, not to mention the price seemed high for two sets of stairs (especially with free installation). Trena at Wall to Wall was very helpful when I called to ask about their installation costs and timeline, and explained our situation, and she was patient and informative when I came in to pick out our carpet and sign paperwork. She provided me information on what type of carpet is best for stairs and why so that I could make an informed decision, and was patient as I looked at carpet choices and colors, and I was incredibly picky about the color, and knew what I was looking for in that regard. After we found a few good color and density/thickness carpet options, she provided me with the carpet samples to take home and look at in our lighting. We scheduled a measure for the next day, and I called Trena with our carpet choice and came in to sign paperwork, and we had our installation scheduled for two days after that. The measurer/installers were on time for both the measure and the installation, and were quick and did a great job. The carpet also comes with a 2 year labor warranty if it starts to loosen or pull up, which is great. Despite our order being fairly small (two sets of stairs in our house, and a landing area and closet-- under 200 square feet total) I received great customer service, and even some incredibly useful information about the flooring that we purchased elsewhere that the other business didn't mention to us-- I wish we had come here first. The carpet and pad are great quality, and the cost came in for over $100 less than other stores in town (carpet, pad AND paying for installation, and if we had selected one of the other samples we took home, it would have been around $300 less than the competition), even the store we originally planned to go with that had offered promotional free installation. The cell phone/poorly lit photo I'm including just doesn't do it justice. Again, I can't say enough good things about our experience: friendly, helpful, patient, quick, and quality.
