Pocatello Flooring

From start to finish, I received impeccable customer service. Sara walked me through the various products that would work best in my home. She helped me make a great decision. What is a good product without great installation? I got both at Pocatello Flooring. Zaine (the lead installer) arrived on time with his counterpart Matthew. They demonstrated excellent skill in laying, stretching and attention to detail in the installation process. They respected my home and cleaned up all debris resulting from tear- out to final carpet install. I also found the price point to be in-line with my budget. I shopped around over the last several months before making a decision that I felt comfortable with on all levels. I knew that after my visit to Pocatello Flooring that these folks understand the business they are in and the impact of good Customer Service.

Blake came out very quickly after we asked them to give us an estimate on the work. He brought beautiful display panels with lots of carpet options. He was friendly and professional and left the panels with us for a few days to ponder. Pocatello Flooring's initial bid was beyond our budget but after some discussion they were able to meet our financial needs, for which we were very grateful. Sara was great to work with and communicated well and frequently. The installers, George and Cody, were great. They showed up when they were scheduled, were super friendly and nice, did a great job both days they were there. A couple other guys showed up for part of the second day, but we didn't get to know them as well. We noticed a blemish on one of the carpets in one of the rooms. We said we didn't want to "fix" a new rug and asked for a replacement and they quickly worked out those details. When they came a week later, they quickly and efficiently installed that new carpet. Great people to work with and the carpets look beautiful!

We had a very positive experience with them start to finish. Brooklyn, Sara and Aaron were very very knowledgeable. Brooklyn and Sara worked with us to find a product that worked for our budget, even though it took a few tries. They walked through the process with us and were very thorough and patient. We chose LVP, it was installed on the whole main floor plus the stairway to the basement. Our installer, Josh had some challenges and tricky spots laying the stairs. He is truly a craftsman and proficient in his trade. He went above and beyond to make it look absolutely beautiful. I was glad that he had a helper for this week, usually he works solo. We are so happy with the final results.
