We had a very positive experience with them start to finish. Brooklyn, Sara and Aaron were very very knowledgeable. Brooklyn and Sara worked with us to find a product that worked for our budget, even though it took a few tries. They walked through the process with us and were very thorough and patient. We chose LVP, it was installed on the whole main floor plus the stairway to the basement. Our installer, Josh had some challenges and tricky spots laying the stairs. Blake came out very quickly after we asked them to give us an estimate on the work. He brought beautiful display panels with lots of carpet options. He was friendly and professional and left the panels with us for a few days to ponder. Pocatello Flooring's initial bid was beyond our budget but after some discussion they were able to meet our financial needs, for which we were very grateful. Sara was great to work with and communicated well and frequently. The installers, George and Cody, were great. From start to finish, I received impeccable customer service. Sara walked me through the various products that would work best in my home. She helped me make a great decision. What is a good product without great installation? I got both at Pocatello Flooring. Zaine (the lead installer) arrived on time with his counterpart Matthew. They demonstrated excellent skill in laying, stretching and attention to detail in the installation process.
