Mike and his team finished our floor last week and we love it. Mike is great at keeping in touch and is easy to get ahold of when you have questions. His team was on time and finished the job as agreed. I appreciated his input and help with our project. I would not hesitate to bring Mike back for future projects.

I'm extremely grateful he fit us in his busy schedule. However, it's been 2 weeks since they restretched the carpet in my 5 yo son's room and it still smells of smoke. I didn't think anything of it when they smelt of smoke. But I've had the windows open in his room, I've plugged in air fresheners; nothing is getting the smoke smell out of his room. I'm beyond frustrated now.

Mike, Outlaw Flooring, what an amazing experience. He did my LVT and carpets. Such an amazing job. My LVT is such an amazing floor. He was meticulous about his measurements and the LVT, 2 years later, still looks brand new. And the carpets, 2 years later, is still tight. On top of that, Mike is an amazing guy, with work ethic that I have never seen before. He finished under budget and on time.
