Do not use this shop! We paid to have AC repaired but they didn’t do the repair properly and we had to go to another shop. They claimed that motor mount needed to be replace but didn’t. We went back showing them the AC wasn’t repaired properly they kept claiming that it worked properly. They act nice till you pay them and then just lie to your face.
5 Stars – Outstanding Service! I had a fantastic experience at Walker’s Auto Repair. From the moment I walked in, Judy greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly attentive and sweet. She made the check-in process smooth and made me feel comfortable right away. The mechanic, Lee, went above and beyond. He was extremely informative and took the time to not only explain what needed to be done to my vehicle but also showed me exactly what he was talking about. After the work was completed, he walked me through everything that had been done, which gave me a real sense of confidence and trust in their service. It’s rare to find an auto repair shop that combines professionalism with such personal care. I truly appreciate the honesty, transparency, and kindness shown by both Judy and Lee. I highly recommend Walker’s Auto Repair to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional customer service!
It was my birthday, and I was running low on gas. Luckily, my truck had just enough to land me out in front of Walker's Auto Repair. In desperate fashion, I rushed into the front office. As I pleaded my case, the kind and generous front desk associate directed me to the shop. It was there that I met the hard-working technician. After explaining to him my situation, he walked to his personal vehicle and grabbed a can out of the bed. He then proceeded to fill me up to get me to the closest fill station. I offered to pay what little cash I had on me, and he most graciously declined. These people are fantastic. 10/10
Such a great shop. Had some car issues and immediately was seen and problem solved. Lee and Judy are rock stars. Definitely a small business worth supporting.
Absolutely amazing service! We came all the way from Wisconsin! Any time we have car problems in the south we will come to walkers auto repair! Best customer service, great mechanics, and the owner was just wonderful!
