I had a remanned engine installed and HVAC maintenance completed on my Ram 1500 by the team at Ray Norton about a year ago and I can honestly say these guys are knowledgeable professionals that take pride in their work. I’ve not had one issue since install and would recommend this shop for any of your automobile needs any day of the week
Spent 150 dollars for a diagnosis and they didn’t diagnose a single issue besides saying it’s a transmission issue so I’ll have to spend 150+ at another shop. The next shop luckily did their jobs but they didn’t even bother with the Ray Norton write up because it told them next to nothing. I’m currently having to worried about not getting paid by the goverment and have to put my faith into these gentlemen to get me back on the road and they don’t assist in the slightest. Shameless individuals.
We were on our way to Florida and tire pressure was low. Tried to fix at WaWa without success. Stopped in and the tech inflated our tires and checked for flats. All good he said. Went to pay and the service manager says no charge. My take is these are honest people, you don't find that every day.
I got a great tire at a good price. It’s an on road off road tire but extremely quiet. I’ve had my front end aligned twice in the past 6 months and it still pulled severely to the right. They aligned it perfectly and my truck is once again a pleasure to drive. They’re also supporters of WAFT so that’s a plus in my book.
Very professional! He addressed me as soon as I entered and looked at my car within five minutes of my arrival (Even though I was late for my appointment!). He listened to my concerns, showed me the issue my car had, and gave me a price on what it would cost me to fix it. I've found a business that can service my cars as long as I live in this area!! I was back on the road in less than an hour! I'll definitely be back when the necessity presents itself.
