It was OK. Gentlemen seemed like he knew what he was doing. Prompt. Was supposed to come by to be sure I shut the water off to the water heater, 5 minutes, I was told. Come back in the morning, not an emergency. Ended up being charged a $245 diagnostic fee. :Came the next day, prompt. Waldman responsive to my call. BUT, outrageous price. $2400 to replace a gas hot water heater. Not including the tank, which was covered under warranty. The diagnostic fee was not applied toward the bill. Not an emergency. They have you by the you know what. Take advantage of the situation. I would not have called them, but they installed the last water heater and it was covered under warranty. $2400 to replace it, no tank. At first said I had CO2 issuers, then said fine. Only secured an existing pipe venting to the chimney. Outrageous, highway robbery. Ended up being more than $600 over the initial quote. Misleading, deceptive, maybe worse. Complete BS, never again.
