Chris Viscarello's service have been great for us. We have called on him numerous times over the years (major bath renovation, water heater, main water valve replacement, moving gas lines, etc.) He had always been responsive, prompt and professional. We had been through a couple of other plumbers before we found Viscarello, and are grateful that we now have access to a reliable and capable plumber. A key differentiator for Chris is that he is very good at communicating via chat and pictures, which really saves time for everyone.

We had a mystery leak (semi slow drip) that was coming through the ceiling in our kitchen. We had no idea where it was coming from. We contacted Chris and found him very professional and we scheduled a date. Every time we reached out he was responsive. Him and his team arrived on time when they said they would. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly. My upstairs bathroom (where the leak was) is tiled floor to ceiling and I was nervous about having to destroy a bunch of tile. As you can see from the pictures, Chris only did the bare minimum of damage to locate and repair the problem. They also cleaned up after themselves and wore masks the entire time. And the price was very reasonable. We will be using him again and have already given his card to one other person. (He came today.)
