Alex was amazing- he saved the day and caught the fact that my dryer was sparking in the back. He also, repaired our refrigerator beautifully. Very reasonable and honest!!

I had a dryer that stopped heating, and I called for an appointment which I was able to get the next day. Alex came out and quickly identified the problem. He replaced the part, but he also took the time to clean the inside of the dryer which had accumulated a lot of dust bunnies over time. Alex is efficient and cleaned up the area when he finished. He’s friendly and explained what he was doing, and what the charges would be. Oh, he also likes cats and took time to pet my community cats.

I Fix appliance helped repair a freon leak in our 19-year-old built in KitchenAid refrigerator. It was quite a complex repair replacing the evaporator/heat exchange coil with some custom retrofit to make it work. The technician and owner were great with communicating the work they needed to be done and came back twice to tweak the repair as needed. They were very knowledgeable and I really appreciated the effort they put in to make the repair work rather the a just telling me to get a new expensive and nowadays lower quality refrigerator.

Jamie thoroughly evaluated what was wrong with my clothes dryer. He secured the necessary parts and repaired the dryer the very next day. The cost was very reasonable. Jamie is trustworthy, personable, and professional. I have plans to have him work on another project after the New Year.
