Initially got matched up with this company through our home warranty company; when I had an additional issue come up before the scheduled appointment I reached out to Voss. Their attitude and disrespect was appalling. After saying they don’t work with the home warranty company I asked if they could still come out and they said yes. The appointment time came and went and they just no call no showed. When I called to see what was going on they laughed and said they wouldn’t be coming out and that I was on my own to figure it out. Do not recommend.
