I hired Jon as a consultant for insulating a 1200 square foot floored, walk-up attic space. Jon provided expert insight into proper layout and choosing the right materials. I was able to expand the storage area and walk-way throughout the attic while also achieving a high R-Value. During the whole project, Jon kept me informed about best practices concerning various types of insulation, caulking and spray foam to seal air gaps and cracks, as well as an awareness of how to maintain proper ventilation throughout the space. I own a 1925 California bungalow. I hired Jon for inside work on flooring, a back splash tiled in the kitchen. Outside he replaced weathered wooden shingles and painted to match existing shingles. His work gave a new look to the house. The screens on my porch were damaged. I wanted to replace the screens to be a 3 season porch and protect.
