I’ve had the pleasure of staying in their upper apartment through Air BNB a few years ago and had a wonderful experience with the owners. I live on the east coast. I booked earlier this year and had to reschedule. I now had to cancel the reservation due to reasons beyond my control. Though the reservation was non refundable they graciously approved the refund via Air BNB. They were upfront about the process and it went seamlessly. I hope to come back next year as I have family in the area. 🫶 Thank you!
