The short version of this story, if you are looking for jewelry stop here. Don't believe me? Look at the photos. My wife got some rings from her grandfather 20 years ago. He has since passed and around 8 years ago these rings broke. I searched in secret every few months to find someone to recreate these without breaking the bank, for years. I finally landed here. There is good, and then there is the level Joel stepped up to. I have attached side by sides of each ring so you can see. The left side ring is what we gave him to work with, the right side is what we got. We got amazing mock ups of the design, gave feedback, and the whole process went way faster than I thought it would. The communication was always top notch and I can't express how deeply important these rings are to my wife. Joel understood that and was incredibly careful to make sure we knew of any change he had to make and why he made them. Everything was up to us and we were guided the whole way.

Getting my engagement ring appraised was so much smoother than I expected with this company. Joel (the appraiser) was very knowledgeable. thorough, quick and most importantly TRUST WORTHY. I was able to get my new appraisal to my insurance company in no time. I found him through the American Gem Society website, and will never use anyone else for all of my jewelry appraisal needs.
