We had a great experience getting my fiancée's engagement ring appraised at Von Hasle Jewelers! Joel was extremely friendly and walked me through step-by-step about the entire process. I felt very comfortable with Joel handling the ring at all times, and we will certainly be coming back here to get the ring reappraised in a few years. Thank you, Joel, and Von Hasle Jewelers!

Getting my engagement ring appraised was so much smoother than I expected with this company. Joel (the appraiser) was very knowledgeable. thorough, quick and most importantly TRUST WORTHY. I was able to get my new appraisal to my insurance company in no time. I found him through the American Gem Society website, and will never use anyone else for all of my jewelry appraisal needs.

The short version of this story, if you are looking for jewelry stop here. Don't believe me? Look at the photos. My wife got some rings from her grandfather 20 years ago. He has since passed and around 8 years ago these rings broke. I searched in secret every few months to find someone to recreate these without breaking the bank, for years. I finally landed here. There is good, and then there is the level Joel stepped up to. I have attached side by sides of each ring so you can see. The left side ring is what we gave him to work with, the right side is what we got. We got amazing mock ups of the design, gave feedback, and the whole process...
