I replaced my diamond in my Wedding Band and the finished ring is gorgeous. I am so happy I did it. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable, patient, helpful and friendly they were. They also cleaned and did a few appraisals for me. The store is full of beautiful pieces, can't wait to go back again. Nice to have a family own jewelry store you can count on. Thank you
Tyler was great to work with. I stopped in a few months ago to get some ideas of what I wanted in a ring. Later on my fiancé stopped in to pick one out for me based on my notes. Tyler helped him as well, made him feel at home and answered all of his questions to pick out my dream ring ! We went back during their wedding band sale later on to pick out my wedding band as well as his and worked with Tyler again. He has so much knowledge and really makes the whole process flawless. We used Rasmussen Diamonds to resize my husband’s grandmother’s ring for our engagement. Kathy was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! We got the ring sauntered again after resizing it and cleaned it extremely well, it looks perfect! We also went to one of their wedding band events and we bought a band for husband at an excellent price. I cannot say enough good things about Kathy and Rasmussens, we will absolutely be coming back the next time we are looking for a jeweler!! Highly recommend!!
Excellent customer service! Always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I brought my ring in to be checked, they found a couple loose stones and repaired them. They also polished up the ring and it looks brand new. Because they appraised it in the last few years they appraised it again at no cost. Their inventory is beautiful. The shopping experience is pleasant. You will not feel pressured and may find something you love. I believe they are the finest jewelers in our area.
