I really enjoyed working with Raisa and Victor. I felt comfortable asking all kinds of questions. I purchased cabinets and countertops from Visa. The price of my new kitchen was very affordable and I was surprised at the quality I could get with my small budget. Although the finished product looks great, there are a couple of things that they could improve on. For instance, punctuality. The installation took a bit longer than it should have because they weren’t on time, mostly late. I feel like my time wasn’t considered. Secondly, I was left with screw holes in my new walls and a small hole in the ceiling that I had to repair myself. Thirdly, measure twice cut once is what I’ve always heard. When my contractor pulled out my old cabinets that were over 40 years old, the floor was lower than the new standard. This made it extremely hard to fit new appliances like my dishwasher. I had to have Visa come back out to install the dishwasher because my contractor said the floor underneath the cabinets should’ve been raised to standard height prior to installation. All in all we made it work and I’m satisfied with the end results. I would most definitely refer them to friends and family.
