They charge you a service fee for paying with a credit card, I disagree with this, especially if you’re spending over 500$ there , shouldn’t be no charge. They say go get cash.. this is not good. I spent 800$ and was charge a 25$ service credit card fee. only repair shop I been to that does this. Sounds like they are being cheap , and holding back, on credit card and transaction cost.
From my first visit to my last, this company has been very informative and professional. They accepted me with patience coming in as the last customer just at the cut off time. Even still, they took the time to explain all of the things on which I needed to focus. They explained my next steps and did not press me to have the work done at their shop! They just offered pricing in case I decided to have it done there which were fair and comparative. Upon calling between services, each and every call has been kind and patient. While waiting in the service center, I felt comfortable as it was clean, updated like a car dealership, available clean restroom, and room-temp comfy in this cold season. I will come back for my services each time I need. As customer service goes, this company is meeting and exceeding the mark!!!!!
Came here to get a MD state inspection for my car - there were a few things that needed to be fixed and they were able to order the parts and get everything done within 24 hours! I was very impressed by the speed, professionalism, and customer service, and I will definitely be bringing my car back here for any future service needs.
