The HVAC systems were installed by them few months ago. Was having some issues with one thermostat and I called they were here within 24 hours and fixed the issue. They have done great job installing the systems and are very responsive when needed, be it a question or for them to visit
D&A Heating & Cooling replaced my broken furnace humidifier with a new fan assisted unit. Wow. In a day's time I noticed a difference in the humidity in the entire house and the air is now comfortable. The D&A team was on time to perform the work. They provided details of the new humidifier and fully explained functionality of the new Aprilaire model. D&A has always provided excellent work at my residence, and I highly recommend them.
We called D&A yesterday after office hours explaining that our furnace wasn't working. Fortunately they were able to schedule an appointment for today. (Nights are getting pretty cold now.) The D&A service technician was great. He was knowledgeable and efficient, quickly servicing and fixing our furnace. He also explained what we should do to prevent a recurrence.
