I rather take my business elsewhere. I was told to drop my car off at 7am, which no one opened until almost 7:20am. I arrived early, waited until the business open. However, there is a gentleman who doesn’t speak any English. Then he calls someone. I tried to explain what is going on with my car and to get a diagnostic. I was told to hand over my keys and text what is going on with my car. This is not professional. I was gonna be okay with this but I thought to myself this sounds crazy. Going through these round about ways to communicate to a potential client is how misunderstandings happen. I am already having this unpleasant experience why would I want to continue forward and give up money. Something is telling me not to patronage and I rather listen now and now regret if I didn’t listen.

I went for a md state inspection. They are really nice and it didn't take long. I end up deciding to use them for tag & title b/c they were so much more chill than going to the MVA! I had to leave for another appointment but they texted me when my tags were ready and even put them on for me when we came back. Other places just handed them to me lol - thanks Luke! I'll definitely come back whenever my cars need repairs to see how that is.
