Had a very thorough inspection and maintenance on my heating and air unit and Doug E. was the technician. Doug was so professional and knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know and answered my questions I had. He was efficient, friendly and easy to communicate with. I signed up for the service maintenance plan for $16 a month to keep my new unit (2023) in great condition. Thank you for excellent customer service from the people answering phones to the techs. Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend Vance Heating and Air enough! From the moment I called, the customer service was top-notch. The technician Jose arrived right on time, he was incredibly professional, kind, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong without any high-pressure sales tactics. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with such genuine care for the customer. My home is comfortable again, and I’ll definitely be using them for all my future maintenance!
