The staff who do the maintenance and checking over the heat pump are really great people. They do great work and explain everything they have done. They keep everything very clean too. This time I had Gabe . He was ready to answer all the questions I had. The whole staff are wonderful people.

Danielle and Pablo were awesome! Very personable and efficient. They were both careful about my indoor cat. I had several occasions to speak to customer representatives and they were all very nice as well. I will definitely give them business again.

We had a heating/cooling unit installed a couple of weeks ago. First of all, I'd like to say that the young crew did an amazing job of installing the unit, and doing an absolutely thorough job of cleanup afterwards. I was fully expecting to have to do some sort of clean up when I got home from work, and there was nothing to clean up. NOTHING! Secondly, the unit seems to work well, and is very easy to operate with a remote control. Thirdly, the price was outstanding. We couldn't have found a better company to do this work for us. Thank you Thermall and Trevor Wyatt. You were recommended to us, and we will do that going forward.

Mike was really nice, knowledgeable, and worked fast. Mike did an excellent job replacing old broken bedroom fans with flush mount lights. I will be using them again for future home improvements. Thanks Thermall!

After a pleasant conversation with the scheduler the technician arrived in only a few hours and went right to work. He diagnosed the problem with the 18 year old natural gas furnace within 20 minutes. He had the part on his truck and quickly installed it. Start to finish was about an hour. He worked in a very tight area without complaining. Overall, we are very happy with the work, price and technician. Thermall did a great job! Thank you for a job well done!
