I want to give a big shoutout to Thunder Electric for their amazing help today. This morning, when I was feeling scared about some electrical issues, Kit, the receptionist, was so thoughtful and calming on the phone. She helped me feel heard and made sure Kody, the electrician, was at my home fast. When Kody arrived, I was frantic, and he stayed calm and collected, knowing exactly what he was doing. He fixed everything quickly and even took the time to show me how the breaker box works if it gets tripped. It gave me peace of mind, and I feel safe in my home again. I have used Thunder Electric for more than 20 years. They have rewired my house, wired in heating, a pool, outdoor outlets, and outdoor fuse boxes. And still over 20 years later they have amazing customer service and do not try to upsell you a bunch of stuff you don’t need. Absolutely love this company and all of its employees I’ve dealt with. I would absolutely recommend them for any electrical need.

I’m hiring thunder electric after receiving a bid to replace the power junction box. Had the pleasure of meeting Charlie Brown last winter when he gave me the estimate. He was very knowledgeable. Easy to work with and Easy to understand his description of what needed to be done. Monica, that books the appointments and communicates with Charlie Brown is a good communicator as well very helpful and knowledgeable. If the outcome is as good as it sounds, we’ll be golden
