I want to give a big shoutout to Thunder Electric for their amazing help today. This morning, when I was feeling scared about some electrical issues, Kit, the receptionist, was so thoughtful and calming on the phone. She helped me feel heard and made sure Kody, the electrician, was at my home fast. When Kody arrived, I was frantic, and he stayed calm and collected, knowing exactly what he was doing. He fixed everything quickly and even took the time to show me how the breaker box works if it gets tripped. It gave me peace of mind, and I feel safe in my home again. After the service, I called Thunder Electric to say how wonderful the service was, and Monic, another receptionist, was so cheerful and helpful. I loved talking with her! Both she and Kit are absolute sweethearts! I'm just so grateful for how kind and helpful everyone at Thunder Electric has been throughout the whole process. Thanks again, guys! I'm so very grateful that we have people like you in this valley.

I’m hiring thunder electric after receiving a bid to replace the power junction box. Had the pleasure of meeting Charlie Brown last winter when he gave me the estimate. He was very knowledgeable. Easy to work with and Easy to understand his description of what needed to be done. Monica, that books the appointments and communicates with Charlie Brown is a good communicator as well very helpful and knowledgeable. If the outcome is as good as it sounds, we’ll be golden
