We always use valley heating and cooling. They put in both of our ac/heat units and always come work on any issues we have. Normally they try to have the warranty cover it. If you want honest guys who know their product then this is the company for you. I just wish a plumbing co in the area was as good as these guys are.
I used Valley Heating and Cooling for fix my unit when my emergency heat went out during a 5 day cold front and temperatures was in the teens. Valley Heating and Cooling installed my unit when I built my home in 2011 so I called them one day and they were here the next morning to fix what they could. They had to order a part and everything was fixed the next day. The employees were very friendly and professional and made sure I was satisfied and warm. Thanks Teresa Terry
Valley Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job! My heat went out and less than 3 hours later, their technician, Caiden came to the rescue. He was kind and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do. He was courteous and made sure not to track mud through the house. I am so grateful for this company!
Technician was prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and had us going in 30 minutes. He didn't try and sell me anything, just happily serviced my existing unit and advised us hiw to use it efficiently. Great experience!
