Dunn's HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical

Reached out to Dunns with a plumbing issue where the bathtub would not drain properly. Tech was supposed to come at a certain time and arrived 2 hours later causing my wife to leave work early for no reason. Upon arrival the tech Dalton spent maybe 30 minutes and did what he called a "5 point inspection." During this inspection he assured my wife and I that our septic tank was the issue. He collected $69 in cash and left. Called out the septic tank guys Mr. Dalton recommended and after digging up the septic tank their techs said that the septic tank was not the issue. They went ahead and pumped the septic tank anyway just to prove that it was not the issue and they were correct. After pumping the drainage issue remained. This cost $500. So being $569 in the hole and still having the same problem another plumber was called and fixed the problem with a drill and a snake device that went into the pipes and removed a clog which was the true issue. After this no problems. This is all recorded via my home cctv cameras of Dunn's "5 point inspection" which I propose they should make it a "6 point inspection" and they may actually have fixed the issue instead of taking our money and sending us down the wrong route. I would not recommend Dunn's to anyone that doesn't want to pay for nothing. They basically stole $69 from my family and cost us another $500 so I am going to post the "inspection" on YouTube and let the public decide for themselves.

Dunns: the crew that came to install our temporary power pole were great. We discussed the location before they started, they gave us recommendations and we all agreed on the location. The weather was threatening and we offered rescheduling but they were ready to work. A few minutes later the rain started and soon it was torrential and yet they continued. It was a cold rain driven by a stiff wind and they were soaked but they finished the job, cleaned up the work site and gave us an exit briefing before they left. Very professional and exhibited a dedication to the job. Well done.

The office workers, Linda and Connie were very friendly and on the ball. Anytime I had a question or request, they took care of it immediately. Justin and Brody were also on the job. They were both impressive with their work ethic and very hard workers. Justin had a lot of experience and knowledge and worked tirelessly to make sure everything was right. He went above and beyond to complete the job and came several times on his own. He was professional and courteous. I would definitely want Justin on the job at my house if needed in the future. Brody was eager to do whatever was needed of him. He was the youngest of the group. This didn’t stop him from sharing his thoughts and ideas about the job. He was a hard worker and never complained. I see great things in his future as he moves up the ranks. It was a pleasure to have him on the team.
