Valdosta Carpet Center did not do a good job on my carpet install. Visible seams everywhere. Carpet not tight in my son’s room. Day and a half job turned into weeks of waiting for a not great end result. The salesman,Austin, told me multiple times they would keep working on it until all was satisfactory but the moment I paid them (which I should not have), they cut and ran stating the owner, Jared, said the work was good enough. If you want quality work, I would most def stay away from Valdosta Carpet. I had Lowe’s install carpet many years ago and they did great but I thought I would support a local company this time. That proved to be a mistake. I’m not disgruntled. Not mad. Very disappointed a company would take $5,200 and walk away with visible issues. Just don’t want anyone else to work hard and then throw their money away on a company like this.

Bought a home that needed new carpet ASAP -- walked in Tuesday morning, they let us take an entire carpet sample board to decide on color. They came and measured, we ordered the carpet (it wasn't in stock, they had to order it too), and it was installed Friday morning. Unbelievably fast! Very friendly staff in store, the installers not so much but they worked quick and did a great job. Highly recommend!
