Great looking floors and a perfect installation job. The installation by Dave, Chris & John was clean, quick and hassle-free ... these guys deserve huge accolades! The difficulty to remove the existing floors scored an "11" on a "10" point scale, yet these guys brought tenacity and know-how to the job. As for the installation, the wood planks were intentionally ordered and cut to varying widths & lengths (for character). Consequently, measuring & aligning these wood planks so that the margins lined up correctly required forethought & experience ... the floors look fabulous!! ... as if the flooring belongs in an old Charleston or Savannah... Traditions did a great job with the flooring. It's beautiful. And solid. It's so pretty and the craftsmanship - the way it was installed - you could tell they really know what they're doing. Well done. They did such a great job. They were fast and CLEAN. It looked like nobody had even been there except that now the floors were beautiful! I was so pleased and so grateful. Great communication. Great service. Lots of choices. Thank y'all, Traditions Flooring - well done! I appreciate y'all.

Dale and his team has been absolutely AMAZING to work with. They are professional and great to work with. What I loved most was their transparency when issues arise. We were told what the issue was and they kept us updated when resolution would be made. Also, I’ve dealt with other contractors but Traditional Flooring is hands down my favorite and I will be a returning customer and would recommend them to my family and friends.
