Vacuum & Sewing Center Of Minot

If you are in the market for a vacuum check this place out! I had done some research online looking at a very high-end vacuum as I have multiple pets and needed something with a lot of suction, and would last. I figured I'd rather buy local in case I have questions, so I expected it would cost more. I called and the lady who answered the phone was super friendly and told me they had it in stock. I was also surprised the price was the same as it was from the online retailer, I expected to pay a bit more especially getting local service. I stopped in to the store and I think Kevin was his name...he went over the features of the vacuum and how to use it. He was incredibly knowledgeable. I was in a hurry so he told me I could call or stop in anytime if I had more questions. They also had a great promotion going on and I ended up with a steam mop as well. 10/10 service!

The gentleman that helped us was so knowledgeable, helpful and very patient with me. I had no idea what I wanted, needed or should even be looking for and he took time to go through everything, help me decide based on what I felt was best for me and then took the time to acquaint me with the types of things I should look out for, use etc. He never rushed me or made me feel out of my realm. My husband bought me a wonderful machine and supplies and I am looking forward to a long relationship with the store and it's staff!
