It is very difficult when the "professional" does NOT hear a word spoken. The vacuum was EVEN brought in to see him in person. I paid for a new filter. I guess being disappointed today is the theme...Listening is NOT his skill. I do NOT appreciate having to write this post but I do NOT have time to WASTE because of YOUR HASTE! I write this so others who, value themselves, will make an informed decision.
