I would VERY HIGHLY recommend this shop! I spoke with Jared On the phone after trying to replace my vacuum belt myself… I just couldn’t quite get it to roll freely with the new belt installed. He took it apart, Showed me the one little place where it was hung up, pushed it back together and fixed it in about two minutes! He told me the belt I put in looked good and Showed me places Where the belt can sometimes get hung up on this model and how to check it. He took his time Explaining things to me and making sure everything was right before I left. He gave real actual effective customer support!!! I’d go there again in a heartbeat If I had a vacuum and I highly recommend this place to everybody!

I can’t say enough good things about Vacuum Centers in Hendersonville. I brought in two Dyson vacuums (one stick and one ball model), both of which had stopped working at the same time. I was honestly ready to give up and buy new ones, since they were older models, but I’m so glad I didn’t. Jared not only fixed both vacuums beautifully, but also cleaned them so thoroughly they looked almost brand new when I picked them up! His work was outstanding, and the price was shockingly reasonable—far less than what I would’ve spent replacing them. What really stood out, beyond the repair quality, was Jared’s demeanor. He’s a true gentleman with top-notch customer service, friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. If you have a broken vacuum cleaner, don’t rush to replace it, just bring it here. They’ll take great care of you.
